Main Requirements

  • Must be a Non-EU and Non-Swiss National
  • Must be 18+
  • Must not have any serious convictions
  • Must not be Security Risk
  • Must have Medical Insurance
  • Must visit Greece at least once to view the property, sign the paperwork, and open a Bank Account

Restrictions

  • Must invest a clear €250,000. Loans on the property must be over and above the minimum investment
  • Cannot work in Greece under the Residency Programme
  • Visa lasts for 5 years but it is renewable as long as the ownership of the property continues

The Greek Visa Entitlement is set out under the Civil Code and is regulated by Art.20B of L4251/2014 as amended by L. 4332/2015, L. 4587/2018, L. 4589/2019 and L. 4635/2019.
